Providing false information during registration is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one Zetwin account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. If Zetwin detects multiple accounts linked to the same player, all accounts may be closed and any balances forfeited.

When you register on Zetwin, you must provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment account details. This information is used to verify your identity, process your payments, and communicate with you about your account.

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If your mobile number, payment account, or any other registered detail changes, you must update your Zetwin account profile promptly. Zetwin is not responsible for failed transactions or missed communications resulting from outdated account information.

Zetwin will never ask you to share your password, PIN, or full payment account details via email, live chat, or phone. If you receive any such request, please report it to our support team immediately.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Zetwin supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh. All transactions on Zetwin are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Zetwin account instantly upon confirmation from your mobile financial service provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Zetwin does not charge any fees on deposits.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within minutes for verified accounts. The funds will be sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless you have updated your payment details. Zetwin does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply.

Verification requirements: Zetwin may require identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a specified threshold. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not a reflection on your account standing. Verification documents may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification.

  • All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name.
  • Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in your own name.
  • Zetwin reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if fraud or money laundering is suspected.
  • Bonus funds are not withdrawable until wagering requirements have been met in full.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

Zetwin offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Wagering requirements: All bonus funds awarded by Zetwin are subject to wagering requirements. This means the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.

Bonus abuse: Zetwin monitors all bonus activity. Any player found to be abusing bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions — will have their bonus cancelled, their winnings forfeited, and their account suspended or permanently closed.

  • Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
  • Zetwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
  • Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.
  • Bonuses have expiry dates. Unused bonus funds will be removed from your account after the expiry date.

06 Gameplay and Fair Use

All games available on Zetwin use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are generated independently and cannot be influenced by Zetwin, the player, or any third party. Zetwin's RNG systems are regularly audited to ensure ongoing compliance with fairness standards.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game, Zetwin will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue fairly. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the stake for that round will be returned to your account balance. Zetwin's decision on disputed game outcomes is final.

Players are expected to use the Zetwin platform in good faith. Any attempt to exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended features of the platform for financial gain is prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any gains made through such exploitation.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Zetwin platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances:

  • Creating more than one Zetwin account.
  • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with Zetwin games or systems.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

  • Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent or illegal means.
  • Exploiting bugs or technical errors in games or the platform for financial gain.

Zetwin cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities. Any evidence of illegal activity on the platform will be reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the player involved.

08 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Zetwin account. This includes keeping your password confidential, not sharing your login credentials with any other person, and ensuring that you log out of your account when using a shared or public device.

If you suspect that your Zetwin account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the Zetwin support team immediately. Zetwin will investigate all reported security incidents promptly. During an investigation, your account may be temporarily suspended to prevent further unauthorised activity.

11 Account Termination

You may close your Zetwin account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment account, provided that all verification requirements have been met and there are no outstanding investigations related to your account.

Zetwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that:

12 Limitation of Liability

Zetwin provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zetwin's total liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. Zetwin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits or loss of data.

Zetwin is not responsible for any losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, your failure to keep your account credentials secure, or any technical issues on your device or internet connection that affect your gaming experience.
